Who uses CP Analysis
Adults may register for themselves. A parent or legal guardian must register and manage the account for any goalkeeper under 18. The parent must control the email address, account and payments.
Information we process
We process account email, authentication information, goalkeeper name, team and optional age, height, preferred foot and profile photo. For younger users we also collect a parent/guardian name, age category and confirmation of authority. Match records include performance events, match dates, opponents, notes and reflections. Payment and subscription records are handled using Stripe.
Match footage
The current analysis interface selects and plays video locally in your browser. The application code reviewed does not send video files to our server or save video files in the match record. Saved analysis data and profile photos may be synchronised to the cloud. Please avoid including other people's personal information in match notes without a good reason.
Why we use this data
To create and secure accounts, provide match analysis and saved reports, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests and protect the service. Different purposes may rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where appropriate. Parental confirmation does not replace the need to identify an appropriate legal basis for each activity.
Service providers
Our current technology includes Supabase for accounts and saved records, Stripe for subscription payments and Netlify for website hosting. Their handling of data, international transfers and applicable agreements must be checked before launch.
Retention and rights
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service and legal obligations. A specific retention/deletion schedule must be confirmed before publication. You can ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable UK data protection rights by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Children's privacy
We aim to minimise children's data and avoid unnecessary sharing. Parents can contact us about their child's account and information. We will review the service against the UK Children's Code before a public launch aimed at children.
